Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs

We offer Australia wide shipping (standard post) and Brisbane local pick up. Please note some heavy/bulky items will not be applied for free shipping.

The shipping cost is calculated by the system, if you have any concern about your shipping cost, please email us info@abcfirstncare.com.


Pre Orders 
Please note, if your order contains an item that is on ‘pre order’, your entire order will be held and shipped together as soon as your pre-order item arrives.

Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@abcfirstncare.com, we will notify you If your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Breakage during delievery or Faulty

It is the customers responsibility to check all the items on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit and that you have received your order in full. Any problem describe above must be reported immediately within 5 days of arrival or pick up. You will need to provide us with a description of the fault along with a photo.  Please note that ABC First n Care is not responsible for any breakages that occur once the products has been used or the packaging have been opened. Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as nappies, maternity underwear or breastmilk storage bags). We also do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong product selection from the customer, order cancellation or breakages caused by misuse of our products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

ABC First n Care only issues refunds if a product is faulty and/or shortage of supply (*only apply to pre-order items, such as books). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
